When you submit an enquiry we collect your name and phone number, the service you are interested in and the details of your message. If you contact us on WhatsApp, your message and phone number are processed by WhatsApp under their own privacy policy.

Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry, arrange appointments, keep colour and patch-test records and, where required, contact you about your booking. We never sell your data.
Storage and retention
Records are kept for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet insurance and legal obligations, then securely deleted.
